Beast & Buckle is thrilled to offer VIP Paw-tection+, our new order protection option through a trusted partner, Onward. Onward has established itself as an industry leader in package & order protection, carving out an excellent reputation for customer satisfaction and claim resolution speed.

VIP Paw-tection+ is available on all orders shipping to a U.S. address by selecting Checkout+ in your shopping cart.

How much does VIP Paw-tection+ cost?

The cost of VIP Paw-tection+ is determined by your order's pre-tax value and the items being purchased, with the cost ranging between 4% and 4.5% of the order value (with a minimum of $1.55). In addition to full shipping coverage for your order, you'll receive 5% of your order total in CashBack 30 days after placing your order.

For example, if your order is $50, VIP Paw-tection+ will between cost $2 and $2.25, and you'll receive $2.50 back to use on your next Beast & Buckle purchase.

What does VIP Paw-tection+ cover?

VIP Paw-tection+ offers two layers of coverage – (1) streamlined handling of issues Beast & Buckle covers on all orders and (2) additional protection against issues that would require a long, difficult resolution process with USPS, FedEx or UPS (that usually does not end well).

This includes:

  • Missing Packages That Were Marked Delivered
  • Items Stuck In Transit
  • Stolen items
  • Damaged Shipments
  • Return to Sender

How do I submit a claim for an order covered by VIP Paw-tection+?

All claims can be submitted at Onward's dedicated portal for Beast & Buckle customers. You'll need the email address used to placed the order and the order number.

How do I use my CashBack?

If you elect to purchase VIP Paw-tection+ coverage for your order, you will receive an email from Onward 30 days after your purchase with redemption instructions, including your dedicated coupon code.

Does Cashback expire?

Yes, Cashback is valid for one (1) year from the date it was issued.

Can I redeem my CashBack at the same time as a discount code?

Yes, you can use your CashBack alongside a discount code or during a sale. Enter For each code you want to use/redeem, enter the code in the "Discount code or gift card" field at checkout, then hit "Apply."

Will I see my CashBack value in my Pack Rewards account? Can I use the same redemption code to redeem both?

No – CashBack earned through purchasing VIP Paw-tection+ coverage through Onward is issued directly by Onward and separate from our Pack Rewards program.
