The Beast & Buckle No Pull Harness provides the strength, structure and security needed to handle strong pulling…and even train the behavior out entirely! Featuring D-rings on both sides and a safety handle on the back for emergencies, this harness provides a highly customizable fit for a wide variety of dog bodies while providing top-notch protection.

United States
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (usually 1) via USPS, with some larger orders shipped via UPS or FedEX. Orders placed on or around holidays, such as the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's may see slightly longer processing times so that our team may spend time with family.
- Shipping costs vary based on location and desired shipping speed. Standard shipping is FREE for all orders over $20.
International
We are not currently shipping to international locations but hope to resume doing so soon.

We stand behind every Beast & Buckle product. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from your order date to return any undamaged, non-final sale item. We just ask that you tell us why you're returning it so we can keep improving.

How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Start Your Return
Use our self-service return system on your Order Status page. This is the only way we accept returns - items sent back without going through this system or contacting us for special handling will not be accepted.
Step 2: Get Your Prepaid Label
We'll email you a prepaid shipping label (US orders only). Print it out and attach it to your package. You will also have the option to get a QR code (that can be used at USPS post offices) instead.
Step 3: Send It Back
Pack up your items and drop them off at any USPS post office. Getting a scan on your package at the counter is highly recommended. If your return label expires without being used, your return will expire and no longer be accepted.
Exchanges Made Easy
- All exchanges get free shipping both ways – your return label and the shipping for your new order are free.
- Exchanges for a different size of the same item can be done for free in our return system.
- Exchanges for a different item will use the full product costs paid for the items being returned towards the price of the new items you want to purchase. This entire process can also be done in our return system.
Instant Exchanges
Get your new item shipped before we receive your return! Here's how:
- Use our self-service return system
- On the confirmation page (last step), select the "Instant Exchange" option
- We'll ship your new item right away
- You have 14 days to send back the original item
- Track your new order just like any regular purchase
Refunds & Costs
Regular-Priced Items
- Exchange or store credit: Free return shipping
- Refund to original payment: Return shipping cost deducted from your refund
Clearance Items
- Exchange: Free return shipping
- Store credit refund: Return shipping cost deducted from store credit
Processing Time
- Refunds process within 2-3 business days after we receive your return
- You'll get an email confirmation when we receive your items
- Refunds may only be issued directly back to the same payment method used to pay for the order.
- Once we initiate a refund, processing time will depend on your bank. Most banks process refunds on credit cards within 2-3 business days, but some banks can take longer. We do not have any control over these processing times.
Note: Shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged Final Sale Items
If your final sale item or an item from a mystery pack arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- We'll work with you to resolve the issue
- Final sale/mystery pack items will only be replaced with the same item
