Beast & Buckle has donated over $100,000 in harnesses, accessories, and cash since launching in February 2019
My buddies and I (and our humans) are fortunate to lead happy, healthy lives, but not everyone is so lucky. Beast & Buckle is committed to supporting the great organizations that help dogs and humans lead great lives. Beast & Buckle donates 5% of every website purchase to worthy charities and makes regular donations of harnesses, leashes and collars.
A recognized social impact leader
Beast & Buckle was awarded the "Rising Star" Award from ShoppingGives, the leading platform for donation processing and social impact for ecommerce brands, in recognition of our contributions to rescues and other charities helping dogs.
Here are just a few of the great organizations we support:
The Nala Foundation
The Nala Foundation is doing VERY important work. This foundation saw a need in the rescue community to assist rescued, adopted French Bulldogs and their families with unforeseen medical expenses. The Foundation was named in loving memory of “Nala”, a beautiful brindle girl, who was rescued for $20 from a shelter. Despite all of her medical issues, she had even more love to give and a personality that captured the hearts of all who learned of her story.
French Bulldog Village
The French Bulldog Village is a rescue group comprised of people from all over the United States, whose mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home French Bulldogs and French Bulldog mixes. As part of their mission, they provide financial assistance and support services to other rescue groups and private rescuers who are working to save French Bulldogs. The Village works to advance knowledge and awareness of the responsible acquisition and ownership of the French Bulldog breed.
SNAFU Rescue
SNAFU Rescue (Short Noses And Friends United Rescue) is dedicated to raising money to remove dogs from the commercial breeding system and commercial breeder dog auctions, and raising money for those dog's vet bills. SNAFU Rescue is comprised solely of non-paid volunteers who donate their time, and sometimes their homes by fostering, to helping dogs in need.
Paws and Stripes
My human, Stew, is a military veteran, so this organization is a priority for him. Paws and Stripes helps veterans returning from combat with PTSD or traumatic brain injuries by connecting them with shelter dogs and training them as a team to help each other, all at no cost to the veteran.
Bullies 2 the Rescue
B2TR rehabilitates and re-homes English Bulldogs that are sick, neglected, abused, or injured. They also provide a safe alternative to shelters for owners that are faced with the already difficult decision of finding a new home for their English bulldog. B2TR rescued 36 English Bulldogs in their first year and, since forming, have rescued more than 700 dogs.
